Every brief arrives tangled.
A chatbot request. A flat revenue line. A report only one person could build.
I look for the one thread worth pulling.
Then the rest comes loose.

Medstation asked for a chatbot. Eight weeks of research showed the real problem was patient intake.
At RoadCard, the 10 hour delay showed up only when users walked me through their evening routine.
At ADATA, documentation came first, so the whole team understood the problem at the same depth.
At Packfy, checkout went first because it sat closest to revenue.
Define success before starting, like 60% adoption in month one, so every effort points at it.
What I bring
Interviews, observation, BPMN and affinity mapping. Research that sets direction, not research that rubber-stamps it.
From market analysis to roadmap. I've shaped product direction in rooms with CEOs.
Real-time dashboards and manufacturing intelligence, where ambiguity is expensive.
Healthcare, industrial manufacturing and financial services, where mistakes have real consequences.
Human review workflows for AI models: method, annotation quality and behavior analysis.
Brief to shipped product: IA, prototypes and design systems, wherever the problem needs me.
About
At 17, I built HOP (Help Other People). An app that connects travelers with locals who show their city as residents, not tour guides. It won national and international awards, drew angel investors and nearly became a company. It taught me that the most interesting problems stay invisible until someone looks closely.
Then came Architecture and Urban Planning, where I spent 3 years studying housing inequality in Brazilian territory, with a deep focus on why women in Brazil end up in the least desirable parts of the city. I mapped IBGE census data in QGIS, paired it with interviews in the favela, and turned it into my final thesis.
I bring the same instinct to digital products. I look for root causes, not justifications.
I'm passionate about people and why they do what they do. Design is how I turn that into the impact I want to see in the world.
Questions
Yes. I'm based in Brazil (GMT-3), fluent in English and Portuguese, and open to remote senior Product Design and Research roles.
Early and closely. At ADATA I was the only designer alongside 16 engineers and an agile lead for two years, and we built and migrated a 100+ component design system together.
Some numbers stay with the client, like Packfy's conversion figures. I'm happy to walk through the full process on a call.
Yes. I led Venturus's AI market research, which became a product they sell, and I've structured human review workflows for AI model evaluation.
Every day, in layers. Gemini and NotebookLM for desk research and market context, Claude as my research partner and project memory, Miro and FigJam for workshops, Claude Design and Figma for prototypes up to production-ready, Maze for testing, Higgsfield and Runway for image and video. I built this portfolio with Claude Design and Claude Code.
